
• Shipping of returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. A service with tracking is recommended.
• Merchandise that is shipped to Le Bunny Bleu's Returns Dept. must be post marked within 30 days from the date the order was initially placed.
• All items must be in unworn condition and in their original boxes.
• The Returns form that is included inside your package when you receive your order must be accordingly filled and enclosed in return.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• Returns of items that have been exchanged are not accepted.
EXCHANGES
POLICY
• You may exchange an
item for any available product by placing an "Exchange Order" first. Instructions:
- For easier identification,
please, enter your original order number in the note box of the Cart
page, just before starting the Checkout
process - by clicking "add
special instructions for your order".
- Billing Name and email address
on the Exchange Order must be the same as on the original order.
- In step 2 of 2 of the Checkout
process, enter the coupon code EXCHANGE that allows your Exchange
order to enjoy free shipping.
• Merchandise to be
exchanged must be shipped to Le Bunny Bleu's warehouse and will be treated as a
normal Return, being identically subject to the Returns Policy terms.
• Your Exchange Order
will be processed after your package has been received at Le Bunny Bleu's
warehouse.
• Sale items may be
exchanged.
• Le Bunny Bleu
grants one event of exchange only for each order. We're sorry, but we don't do
multiple exchanges or extensions beyond the 30 days period!
REFUNDS
Le Bunny Bleu will
refund your returned item(s) in full by
crediting back to your original payment method, minus any Shipping costs.
PROCESSING
TIMES
• For Returns:
Please, allow up to 21 business days for your refund to be processed after your
returned merchandise is received at our warehouse.
• For Exchanges: Once
we receive your package, the exchange processing time is 1-3 business days. You
will be notified by email when the exchange item is shipped to you.
GUARANTEES
Le Bunny Bleu do not
at this time offer a guarantee or
warranty on their products. However, in the unlikeliness of having received a
wrong or defective item, please, contact
Le Bunny Bleu’s Customer Service immediately at customerservice@lebunnybleu.com.
We will be happy to correct it as quick as possible.

NOTE
- Your return will
finally be validated only after good condition inspection of the received
merchandise.
If your returned item(s) does not meet the conditions stated in the policies
above, it cannot be restocked; thus your return will not be accepted.
Additionally, Le Bunny Bleu may charge you a S&H fee - in proportion to the
merchandise's weight - to pack and ship the unaccepted item(s) back to you.
- Payment of any
additional fees can be made exclusively through PayPal, upon bill issuance.
- Le Bunny Bleu
reserves the right to change or review these policies at any time.
